Patients must provide accurate and complete medical history before receiving treatment.

Forms will be sent out electronically before your booked appointment and must be completed and signed before treatment.

We are not responsible for adverse effects resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, medications, or allergies.

Patients must sign an informed consent form before proceeding with treatment, acknowledging the risks and expected outcomes.

At the consultation all risks and benefits of any intended treatment will be discussed. By agreeing to treatment and signing the consent form, you agree you have read and understood and agree to go ahead on that basis.

Results vary from person to person, and no guarantees can be made.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.

If you are booking a treatment, a booking fee also applies and is non refundable. The fee is to secure your slot in the diary and goes towards the ordering in of your product on prescription, so in these circumstances the cost will come off of your intended treatment but is non refundable.

All treatment prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of treatment via accepted payment methods (cash, credit/debit card).

Promotions, offers, and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Treatments are carried out by qualified professionals, but results are not guaranteed.

While we take every precaution, non-surgical aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to swelling, bruising, and allergic reactions.

We are not liable for any complications arising from failure to follow pre- and post-treatment instructions.

We do not accept responsibility for dissatisfaction with treatment results, as individual responses vary.

Patients will be provided with aftercare instructions tailored to their treatment.

It is the patient’s responsibility to follow these instructions to optimize results and minimize risks.

We are not responsible for complications arising from failure to adhere to aftercare guidance.

Refunds are not issued for completed treatments.

If a patient is dissatisfied with their results, they may request a follow-up appointment where adjustments may be made at the discretion of the practitioner.

We strive to set clear and realistic expectations from the start, as treatment outcomes can vary from person to person. Factors such as results, reactions, side effects, longevity, and overall satisfaction differ for each individual. In some cases, achieving the desired outcome requires multiple treatments over time to achieve their desired outcome.
